How to grant "View-only" access to users from outside your organisation
Share live project data with third parties in a few steps — view-only access, no account required.
- Open your project and click "Share Project" in the top-right corner.
- Enter the recipient's name and email address and send the invite by clicking "Share project".
Note: The button will be available to click only when a valid recipient's email is inputed in the field.
- The recipient receives an email — they click "View Project", enter their email, and receive a one-time access code.
- TotaLite sends a one-time access code to that email, valid for 10 minutes.
- The recipient enters the code to view the project. Access is view-only — no editing permissions.
What does the recipient see?
- An invitation email from the project admin.
- A link to join the project.
- A request to authenticate — clicking through sends a one-time access code to a second email, valid for 10 minutes.
- Entry of that code, which opens the project in view-only mode.
