How to get the most out of your Project on TotaLite PlatformProject Information
Once a project is created and a sensor assigned, open the project page — in this example, wizard_test_hackaton.
At a glance you'll see:
- Project name and number of users with access
- "Manage project" button
- "Share project" button to share a project with a "view only" admission for customers
- "Connected devices" section — showing connection status, last measurement, and number of targets detected
When the sensor is offline, no data is transmitted. Connection status, measurement data, and target information will only populate once the sensor is installed and online. The "Setup baseline" button will remain visible until a baseline is created. "Measurement settings" can also be adjusted from this view.
Managing a Project
Click "Manage project" to open the settings sidebar. Three tabs are available:
"Project" — rename your project by typing a new name in the "Project name" field and clicking "Save changes". You can also "Delete project" here — note that deleting removes all associated configurations and is irreversible. Consult the TotaLite team before deleting.
"Users" — add users by entering their email in the "Email address" field and clicking "Send invite". Invited users receive an email with access to the project. Users can be internal to your organisation or external — for example, customers you want to share data with. Existing users are listed with their role and can be removed by clicking the bin icon.
"Devices" — view all devices connected to the project and remove them using the "bin" icon. Devices available for assignment are listed separately and can be added by clicking "Assign."
Active Project View
With an online sensor, the project page shows the full picture:
- "Connection" — live connectivity status for the assigned device
- "Last measurement" — timestamp of the most recent measurement
- "Targets" — number of targets currently being monitored
- "Baseline" — set and active
- "Measurement settings" — available for adjustment

Click "Measurement settings" to open the settings sidebar. Use the "refresh" button next to the last sync timestamp to pull the latest settings from the device.
To update settings, click "Edit" next to "Image interval" or "LED Power". Adjust the values by typing directly or using the up and down arrow keys. Click "Save" to apply.
