When TotaLite Sensor is connected to an Ethernet cable
- Verify Ethernet firmware is installed (contact support@totalite.io)
- Check cable connections and maximum 200m cable length
- Ensure DHCP-enabled router with internet access
- Confirm firewall allows TotaLite traffic
- Test with shorter cable to isolate cable issues
