Excessive Pitch and/or Roll

How excessive Pitch and/or Roll with the mounting is causing target mismatch

An excessive amount of pitch and/or roll with the mounting of TotaLite Sensor during the project monitoring can cause the reference point to not be correctly matched anymore which in turn will cause the data to not be visible anymore. When the reference is not visible, the rest of the data will not be visible as well.

What is happening is the following: giving the device is pitching and rolling, the field of view of the camera is changing which makes it such that the target gets out of algorithm matching range, making the system believe there is no more reference. When the reference is not matched, the data as well will not be shown.

The best practice is to ensure a more stable installation of the device itself on site. Even the reference target is removed, all the rest of the targets will suffer from the same matching issue.

Once the installation is secure, it's best to reset the baseline.
